Spinach & Artichoke Dip

½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
½ cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
1-2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
14oz Can artichokes, drained and chopped
* Mix all ingredients. Put in pie plate and bake at 325˚ 15-20 minutes or until bubbly.

Perfect Margarita

1¼ ounce Cuervo Gold or 1800 tequila
¾ ounce Cointreau
¾ ounce Grand Marnier
1 ounce sweetened lime juice
3 ounces sweet & sour mix
*Shake all ingredients over ice. Serve in ice filled glass.
