Ham Strata

12 slices white bread, frozen
¾ pound cheddar, shredded
10 oz broccoli, cooked & drained
2 cups cooked ham, cubed
2-½ to 3 cups milk
2 Tbsp minced onion
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp dry mustard
6 slightly beaten eggs
1 cup shredded cheddar
*Use donut cutter to make 12 donuts and holes in bread. Reserve for top. Using scraps, line 9x13” pan. Sprinkle with ¾ lb cheddar, broccoli, ham and onion. Arrange donuts and holes on top. Combine remaining ingredients except cheese and pour over top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350˚ 1 hour. Add cheese and bake 5 minutes more. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
