Bacon and Cheese Breakfast Pizza

pastry for 9” single crust pie
½ lb bacon, cooked & crumbled
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
4 eggs
1-½ cups sour cream
2 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley
*Roll pastry to fit 12” pizza pan. Bake at 450˚ 5 minutes. Sprinkle bacon and cheese evenly over crust. In a bowl beat eggs and sour cream and parsley until smooth. Pour over pizza bake 20-25 minutes.
