2 Tbsp butter
¼ cup chopped onion
4 diced potatoes
2 cups water
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
¼ tsp paprika
3 Tbsp flour
1/3 cup water
2 cups milk
16 ounce can whole corn, with liquid
2 cups diced ham
*Melt butter. Add onion and cook until tender. Stir in potato, 2 cups water and seasonings. Simmer until potatoes are tender, about 12 minutes. Make paste of flour and 1/3 cup water. Blend into potato mixture with milk. Cook until thickened. Stir in undrained corn and ham. Heat, don’t boil.
