Egg Drop Soup

4 cups chicken broth
½ tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
3 Tbsp cornstarch
½ cup water
1 egg
1 tsp water
2 green onions, diced
*Bring stock to boil. Stir in salt and sugar. Add ½ cup water and cornstarch. Mix. Beat egg with 1 tsp water. Add to broth. Add onions and heat through.
