Reuben Dip
1 can drained sauerkraut
1 package corn beef, chopped
8 oz Swiss cheese, cubed
½ cup Thousand Island dressing
* Mix all ingredients and heat until cheese melts. Serve hot with crackers or bread sticks. Stays nice on low in crock-pot.
