Brunch Casserole #2

4 eggs, beaten
4 cups onion/garlic croutons
¾ cup cubed Velveeta
2 cups milk
½ tsp salt
½ tsp dry mustard
pepper
5 slices bacon, crumbled
*Put croutons in 9x9” pan. Place cheese on top. Combine eggs, milk and seasoning. Pour over croutons and cheese. Sprinkle with bacon and refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour at 325˚.
