Vegetable Grill

3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 large potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
2 medium carrots, shredded
¼ cup green onions, sliced
salt & pepper
¼ cup butter
4 oz shredded Swiss cheese
*Arrange potatoes on foil. Add carrots and onions. Season with salt and pepper. Dot with butter. Fold foil loosely around vegetables and crimp edges to seal. Grill about 45 minutes, turning several times. Open package and add bacon and cheese, grill until melted.
