8 cups chopped rhubarb
2 quarts water
3 cups sugar
½ cup lemon juice
small package strawberry jello
2 cups vodka
*Cook first 4 ingredients until rhubarb is tender. Strain. Add jello and vodka. Freeze in an ice cream pail. Scoop into glass filling half full. Add 7-up or strawberry pop to fill glass.
