1-½ pound hot Italian sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1 clove garlic, minced
28 oz can diced tomatoes
2 cups uncooked bowtie pasta
6 cups water
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tsp basil
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp salt
*Remove casings from sausage. Cut into 1” pieces. Brown. Remove sausage from pan and all but 2 Tbsp drippings. Sauté onions, peppers, and garlic until tender. Add sausage and remaining ingredients. Simmer uncovered about 15-20 minutes until pasta is tender.
